The barrel and screw adopts cast-aluminum heating rings and air-cooling system. It has the characteristic of quick and even heat radiation, convenient operation and maintenance
The core of the screw adopts automatic circular cooling regulating system to improve efficiency. According to the different formulation demands of consumers; we can choose the most reasonable screw to reach the best plasticizing state.
The gearbox and distribution box adopt famous bearings and imported oiltight.The gearbox adopts alloy and are processed by nitrogen.
The temperature-control system adopts imported temperature-control system and contactor. The precision of the temperature-control can reach±1.
